STV Consultant follows a strict no-refund policy on consultancy fees. By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree that all consultancy fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In specific cases, certain security deposits may be refundable under the following conditions:
The service term has been successfully completed.
No pending dues, violations, or contractual breaches by the client.
All required documents have been submitted for verification.
Refund processing time: 45 to 90 working days after approval.
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
Consultancy Fees for business, job placement, visa assistance, financial consulting, or any other advisory service.
Processing Fees for documentation, application submissions, or administrative work.
Government or Third-Party Fees paid to authorities for approvals, licensing, or permits.
After consultant fee payment, documentation takes 14 to 21 working days.
For business/franchise/tender security deposits, services will be delivered within 45 to 90 working days.
To request a refund for eligible security deposits:
Submit a formal refund request via email to info@stvconsultant.com.
Attach all necessary documents supporting the claim.
Allow 45 to 90 working days for refund processing after approval.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
Clients who cancel their engagement with STV Consultant after paying the consultancy fee will not be eligible for a refund.
If a client fails to meet service requirements or breaches the agreement, STV Consultant holds the right to deny any refund requests.
