Postal Delivery: Standard postal service for physical documents.
Courier Service: Express delivery via reputed courier partners for urgent document dispatch.
3. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Consultancy Service Documentation: 14 to 21 working days after consultant fee payment.
Business/Franchise/Tender Security Deposit Services: 45 to 90 working days for final processing and delivery.
Physical Document Delivery:
Domestic (India): 3 to 7 working days
International: 7 to 14 working days
4. Shipping Charges
Digital document delivery via email is free of charge.
Standard postal services are charged at actual rates.
Express courier services incur additional fees based on urgency and location.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Clients will receive a tracking number via email for all courier or postal deliveries.
Updates regarding the shipment status will be provided through registered contact details.
6. Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the client, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
