Terms & Conditions – STV Consultant

1. Introduction

Welcome to STV Consultant. By accessing our website and availing our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

STV Consultant provides consultancy services in business expansion, franchise development, recruitment, finance, taxation, and visa assistance. All services are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Consultant Fee Policy

  • All consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Clients are required to make full payment before the commencement of any consultancy service.

4. Security Deposit & Refund Policy

  • Any security deposit required for business/franchise services is refundable under the following conditions:

    • Completion of the agreed service term.

    • No outstanding dues or violations.

    • Submission of all required documentation.

    • Refund processing time: 45 to 90 working days.

  • Consultancy fees remain non-refundable regardless of service completion or dissatisfaction.

5. Documentation & Processing Time

  • Initial document processing for consultancy services takes 14 to 21 working days after fee payment.

  • Any additional business, franchise, or tender-related deposit will require 45 to 90 working days for final processing and service delivery.

6. Service Limitations

  • STV Consultant provides guidance and support but does not guarantee job placements, visa approvals, or financial assistance approvals.

  • Business opportunities and franchises are subject to market risks and client due diligence.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and truthful information while availing of our services.

  • Any attempt to provide false documents, mislead, or defraud STV Consultant may lead to legal action.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • STV Consultant is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred due to consultancy services.

  • All decisions made by the client based on our consultancy services are solely their responsibility.

9. Termination of Services

  • STV Consultant reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches any terms, engages in misconduct, or fails to comply with payment obligations.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
